The Cloud is growing, and security, as we know is more important that ever. It has become the responsibility of the many hands that are involved with the network. The cloud provider, the Information Technology staff, the vendors making security products, the auditors, and standards issuers.

We can safely say that a single cloud offering does not exist anymore. But it is important to break down the components that are being utilized; to understand the build of the network that you have.

Multi Cloud Security

Most businesses are using multi-cloud environments. Just as an example, if you are using Microsoft 365 for your email, Dropbox to store and manage your files, along with Salesforce to manage your clients and QuickBooks to manage your books, you are using at least three cloud providers.

Hybrid Environment Security

Many businesses who established their own environment, whether On Prem or at a Colocation. Many of these systems are due to change.
